GENUINE MODEL SELECTION ADVICE

We want to be sure we understand what you want from your bike. We won’t recommend a model knowing that it will not meet your requirements. If we think a model or its performance capability is not right for you we will say so rather than just take your money.

TOTAL VALUE is as important as the price of our products. Therefore we include OWNERS CLUB MEMBERSHIP with every new Bike as this adds to the enjoyment of your ownership. We will also help and advise on Insurance as most suitable for your needs, whether through our partnership with ‘ROYAL ENFIELD INSURANCE’ or otherwise.
PRESENTLY we also give you a copy of ‘Overland to India’ by Gordon May, a terrific account of a journey from Manchester UK… to our main factory in Chennai India - on a 1950’s Bullet - as it will take you on the Journey too… and make a significant contribution to your knowledge and experience of Royal Enfield. (While Stocks last)

WARRANTY AND SERVICING.

Your purchase doesn’t end with collection of your machine. In the unlikely event that the bike requires attention under Warranty, we will liase for you with the UK factory and make sure any rectification is carried out quickly and efficiently either at the Factory if required or by ourselves. SERVICING is carried out to factory Schedules with no short cuts. We want you to enjoy reliability and best performance from your Royal Enfield. We carry all service spares on-site and obtain genuine Royal Enfield components from the UK factory over-night if necessary.

COLLECTION HANDOVER AND BRIEFING

We have been told by customers, that in some cases, collection of a new machine has been limited to being given the keys and being pointed to the parked machine…….. THIS WILL NOT DO!!       At Hand-over time ( a private appointment made for you), we will spend time with you showing you over your machine, its functions and owner care essentials. There follows an Acceptance Trial Ride to ensure you are completely satisfied with your new machine. Only then do we consider the sale is closed and send you off with sufficient fuel in the Tank!!

RETURNING RIDERS

We occasionally have customers who have not ridden for some time (In one case 52 years!!). We will be pleased to have you ‘refreshed’  - made familiar with present day road conditions -  and accompanied if necessary by a Qualified Professional Motorcycle Instructor to get you safely on your way. The cost of this is reasonable for the safety benefit and is typically around £30.00 for an hour.
